All manufacturing defects are covered under
our Lifetime Warranty.
Warranty/Return Details
- This warranty does not apply if our products have been intentionally damaged or it has been determined that excessive force or irregular use caused product malfunction.
- This warranty does not apply if the product has been modified.
- We do not warranty charging cables or tripod bags.
- We reserve the right to determine warranty exclusions on a case-by-case basis if it is outside normal usage or wear and tear.
- Please note that the original receipt is required for RMA processing.
Return Policy
If your product is unused and in resellable condition, you may return it in exchange for FatBoy Tripods store credit. All returned items will be inspected prior to the credit being issued. For more information, please contact us below.
