Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless reinitiated by you.

Use of the Service

By using the mobile messaging service (the “Service”), you agree to the following Mobile Terms:

The Service is operated by FatBoy Tripods (“FatBoy Tripods,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms. To the extent permitted by law, FatBoy Tripods is not liable for failed or delayed message delivery, message errors, or any action taken (or not taken) based on information provided via the Service.

Privacy & Data Usage

FatBoy Tripods is committed to protecting your personal information. Our SMS program collects mobile numbers for the sole purpose of delivering service-related or promotional messages, as described above. We do not share, sell, or rent your SMS opt-in data or consent to any unaffiliated third parties.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

FatBoy Tripods’s website uses cookies and similar technologies to track activity on our site. This includes tracking items placed in your shopping cart and identifying when a cart has been abandoned. This data is used to trigger cart reminder messages via SMS if you have opted in to receive them.

Example: “FatBoy Tripods's website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.”

If your mobile number or consent is collected through any plugins, pop-ups, or checkout integrations, the data is securely handled in accordance with this policy and not used beyond the scope of the SMS program.

Location-Based Services

If location tracking or location-based services are used, we will explicitly disclose how that data is collected, how it is stored, and for what purpose. Currently, FatBoy Tripods does not collect or use location-based data for its SMS messaging program. If this changes, our policy will be updated accordingly and opt-in consent will be required.

Email Marketing

When you opt in to our email list, FatBoy Tripods will use your email address to send updates, product announcements, exclusive offers, and educational content related to our gear and brand.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us at marketing@fatboytripods.com

We may use tracking tools (such as open rates and click tracking) to help improve the quality and relevance of our email content.

Your email address is securely stored and never sold or shared with third parties.
