    Traverse 2 Section

Published by Matt W. on 2023 Apr 25th

I purchased this tripod at initial release and it continues to be my go-to. I’ve had zero issues with it while using it on a weekly basis for well over a year. The legs don’t cross and the leg locks have a rubberized exterior so they’re quiet. Excellent choice for a hunting tripod.

    Best Tripod I've ever used

Easily the best tripod I've ever used, sturdy as all get out, it's like shooting off a bench while standing

    2 legged Treverse

Solid as a rock, and fast deploy. Like how the legs don't cross when carrying or loading into truck. Tucks away nicely into storage bag when not in use. My go to now.

    Traverse 2 section

I’ve owned and used several different tripods. This is by far the beefiest, most sturdy platform I’ve used. Fast deployment and adjustments with virtually no flex in the legs. You can feel confident you’re getting the best in this line up.

Extremely sturdy and lightweight. I love how the legs don't cross. Twist locks tighten nicely and hold very well.

    Nice Legs

Published by Ken L on 2023 Feb 20th

This tripod is amazing just like the 3 section. The 2 section is quick to deploy especially with the simplicity of the collars. The foot print is a bit larger when the legs are out at 90 degrees but is very stable. Like the 3 section, there is no flex in the legs.

Amazing tripod. Rock solid and east to use. Paired with invert 60 bh it feels like cheating.

I wanted to get a couple matches done before I reviewed and I got a couple on it and this thing is SOLID. I don’t think I’ve felt a stronger, more solid tripod. Worth every penny and more!!

    Great and stable tripod

Published by Regent Crisostomo on 2022 Apr 11th

This stands pretty tall fully collapsed. For me it would be a high kneeling position with the legs fully collapsed and spread to the initial setting. The legs are super thick and super stable. I switched from a previous tripod and there is a difference of stability in favor of the FatBoy. It’s thick and bulky but not overly heavy. You will love this tripod but just know if you’re on the shorter end in height to maybe look at the 3 section. Yes, you can spread the legs wider for a seated position but possibly the area you’re in may not allow the legs to spread to the next section.
