How quickly will my order ship?

We do our best to process in-stock orders in two business days. While this doesn’t
always happen, we do our very best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Occasionally, we offer pre-sale items on our website. We will have the estimated
shipping date noted on the item detail page.

When are orders processed?

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, and no orders are processed on Saturday or
Sunday. Sometimes, we have delays in processing. We do our best to reach out via email when
this happens.

What shipping options do you offer?

Most orders are shipped with UPS Ground shipping. USPS will be used when
necessary.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping rates differ depending on destination and order size. Your shipping will be
populated on the checkout page.

Where will FatBoy Tripods ship?

We will ship to all states within the US as well as US Territories and military addresses.
We also offer international shipping to most countries in the world!

Will you ship internationally?

Yes! We recently added an international checkout platform. This allows easy shipping to
almost every country in the world!

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed and shipped, and you need to cancel, please send
an email to sales@fatboytripods.com. We will do our best to cancel the order before it
ships, but it is not guaranteed. If the item has shipped, you will need to process a return.
